Para ello recibirá ayuda de una organización de mafiosos que se mueve en el mundo de las apuestas

también con el narcotráfico. En la cárcel, el Dragón se encuentra con un siniestro personaje,
McClain (Randholp McClain), un americano encarcelado por haber matado a sus contrincantes. Pero
una vez puesto en libertad en enviado para competir por el Campeonato Mundial de Artes Marciales
con Héctor Echavarría, luchador argentino y campeón mundial.
