En un pueblo de Guanajuato, en los años cincuenta, tres hermanas conocidas como las
"Poquianchis" mantienen una red de prostitución protegida por las autoridades municipales
y estatales. El descubrimiento en 1964 de los cadáveres de unas jóvenes asesinadas y
enterradas por órdenes de las "Poquianchis" destapa la cloaca de corrupción y crimen que
rodea a estas controvertidas mujeres.
