‘Kick-Ass’ gira en torno a Dave Lizewski (Aaron Johnson), un estudiante de instituto que pasa
inadvertido entre sus compañeros. Apasionado de los cómics, un día concibe la idea de convertirse
en un superhéroe, aunque no tenga superpoderes, no haya seguido un duro entrenamiento y ni siquiera
tenga una razón de peso para ello. Pero la vida de Dave cambiará para siempre cuando conozca a un
par de locos vigilantes -la terremoto de 11 años Hit Girl (Chloë Moretz) y su padre, Big Daddy
(Nicolas Cage)- y forje amistad con un joven que lucha contra el crimen, Red Mist (Christopher
Mintz-Plasse). Y cuando todos se tengan que enfrentar al jefe de la mafia local, Frank D'Amico
(Mark Strong), sus alianzas y sus verdaderas habilidades serán puestas a prueba.
