Versión 4.0 de la primera saga creada por Dinamic Multimedia, supuso un paso adelante
en el campo del simulador y administración tipo manager del baloncesto. No hubo muchos cambios
en cuanto al sistema de datos, algunos cambios y las actualizaciones pertinentes.
Las novedades fueron notorias: aumento de la resolución, 32 nuevos equipos, posibilidad de jugar
la Liga Europea, alley-hoops, presencia de los árbitros en la cancha, pases por la espalda, más
animaciones.
