La acción transcurre en el año 1920 y se centra en la gran rivalidad existente entre
las diversas escuelas de artes marciales, sobre todo entre la Escuela Azul y la Escuela
Roja, para ganar el desafío de la Danza del León. Para una de las escuelas todo vale con
tal de ganar, por lo que saltándose los códigos más elementales de honor, amañan el
desafío. Cuanto lo descubre, Chan (Dragón) y su hermano (Tigre) dejan a su maestro y el
gimnasio donde han crecido. Su hermano se mezcla con malas compañías del gimnasio rival,
y acaba siendo buscado por la policía. A causa del parecido y de que ambos luchan con un
abanico blanco, Dragón es confundido con su hermano y le apresan. Lo único que puede hacer
entonces es probar su inocencia y limpiar el nombre de su hermano, capturando al jefe de
la banda.
