Siguiendo con la tradición de Prom Night, la película comienza de nuevo en el Colegio Hamilton High en 1957. Cuando una pareja
de jóvenes está disfrutando de un momento romántico en el asiento trasero de un coche, es interrumpida por el padre Jonas, un sacerdote
que sacrifica a los amantes. Treinta años más tarde, Jonas se libera del sótano de una capilla donde unos sacerdotes le habían drogado
y encerrado secretamente bajo llave. Ahora, es la fiesta de graduación de nuevo, y un grupo de cuatro estudiantes, lamentablemente, han
elegido el escondite de Jonas como un lugar recóndito para refugiarse.
